AI Notetaking Tools Prohibited
To protect the confidentiality of presenters and participants, AI-powered notetaking, recording, transcription, and meeting assistant tools are not permitted during NAGGL events. Attendees should use traditional note-taking methods only. Unauthorized use of these tools may result in removal from the event.
Waitlist Policy
Should the Annual Conference sell out, the following waitlist policy will apply. As space becomes available for the in-person event, we will contact individuals on the waitlist in priority order, starting with those registered for the virtual event. Each contacted individual will have 24 hours to respond or register before we proceed to the next person.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations requested by 8/31/2026 will incur a $300 fee.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations after 8/31/2026. Substitutions are recommended.
- No refunds or credits will be provided for no-shows. No exceptions.
Paying by Check
