Beginning May 1, 2026, eligible businesses operating in SBA‑designated NAICS codes – and facing the pressures of international trade or rising import competition – will gain access to 7(a) International Trade Loans (ITLs) backed by an enhanced 90% SBA guaranty. This expanded authority opens the door for a wide range of food supply chain enterprises across multiple NAICS codes, as well as manufacturers within NAICS sectors 31–33, to secure high‑impact financing. This recording provides a walkthrough of the core ITL program requirements and the special criteria tied to the new “Grocery” and “Made in America” guaranties.
